All basic ArcView on-line help is available from the Help menu in the INSROP GIS interface. The ArcView context-sensitive help is also maintained.

INSROP GIS help

INSROP GIS provides a quick way to find INSROP-related information and how to perform a particular INSROP GIS task. On-line INSROP GIS Help is available from the INSROP GIS Help menu in the INSROP GIS interface. There is context-sensitive help for most INSROP GIS interface components.
