Opening Another Help File

In addition to the Help files that are part of the standard ArcView and INSROP GIS Help, you can open custom (MS-Windows) Help files.

To open another Help file

1. From the File menu in Help, choose Open.

2. In the File Name box, select the name of the Help file ('suffix' .hlp) you want to open. If the file you want to open is not in the current directory, navigate to its location.

3. Choose the OK button.
