This data set comprises the location of 24 points along the Northern Sea
Route. These points are the locations used in most of the data sets transferred as
part of the contract between AARI and SOF in 1996. The only exception is the
data on the amount of the runoff of five Siberian rivers, which refer to the
downstream measuring river sections, and data on ice conditions in the four straits,
which refer to the local regions. The source data are included in the
Data_0.xls spreadsheet in the \INSROP_GIS\Sourcedata\AARI-SOF 1996\tables folder.
