This shapefile includes the center points of 19 coastal ice regions, which is
a part of the dataset provided by INSROP Project I.4.2. The coordinates and the
attribute information are created from the Tbl_39.txt; Tbl_42.txt; Tbl_45.txt;
and Tbl_48.txt files, as prepared by INSROP Project I.4.2 as part of INSROP
Phase 2.
