The marine mammal project under INSROP has established a database containing
information on the monthly distribution of marine mammals in the Northern Sea
Route. In addition to the general distribution (see legend file general.avl), the
attributes include information on the number of species (number.avl), data
quality (quality.avl), population trend (trend.avl) and reference to the
observations.
