Paper no 108, from Work Package 1 in "The Simulation Study of NSR Commercial
Shipping", which is a part of the International Northern Sea Route Programme
(INSROP). Implemented in INSROP GIS by Stig Magnar Løvås, SINTEF Civil and
Environmental Engineering.
