IV) Political, Legal and Strategic Factors.

These four sub-programmes are closely inter-related and findings in one programme will be made available for use by the three other programmes. The INSROP Secretariat will co-ordinate the flow of information, designated to fill the gaps in our current knowledge about shipping along the Northern Sea Route.
