Home  About FNI  Research  Publications  Staff  News & events  Contact		FNI PROJECTS Nordic Council of Ministers' Arctic Co-operation 2003-05: An Evaluation The main tasks to be performed within this evaluation are: (1) to describe how the Arctic co-operation activities of the Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM) have been carried out in the 2003-05 period in relation to NCM's Arctic objectives. (2) to evaluate the results achieved, especially with respect to coverage, project implementation, results and dissemination. (3) to provide recommendations on the organization of the NCM’s Arctic work. The evaluation will be used by the Nordic Council of Ministers, including the Nordic Committee for Co-operation, the Arctic Expert Committee and the Secretariat, in its future planning activities for Arctic co-operation.
