| FNI PROJECTS PatentEthics: Ethical Dimensions of Patent Law in Non-human Biotechnology This project will critically assess a number of ethical implications of current institutions and legislation for patent protection of non-human biotechnological inventions in Norway. The project will in particular focus on ethical and social concerns regarding the granting of patents and how patent rights are protected.
