The Arctic Council at 20: Reflections from Canada and Norway

As the Arctic Council celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, we are taking the opportunity to conduct an open dialogue on the Council's work thus far, where it is now, and what we might expect for the future. In a roundtable format, Canadian and Norwegian experts will share their views.
