Emma-Lovise Ridderseth is affiliated with the Fridtjof Nansen Institute as a researcher in the LOCATION project. Her work focuses on fisheries and aquaculture law, with particular interest in regulatory issues, coastal zone management and the legal framework for aquaculture.

She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo and has also studied maritime law at Stockholm University. Her master’s thesis examined the duty to prepare zoning plans for aquaculture facilities at sea under the Norwegian Planning and Building Act.

Emma-Lovise is currently an associate at Arntzen Grette, where she works with fisheries and aquaculture law.
