NORDEM is a civilian capacity provider specialising in democracy assistance and human rights funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. NORDEM deploys personnel to OSCE’s Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine, EULEX, election observers to OSCE/ODIHR, and UN peacekeeping forces to name a few. From 2017 NORDEM has been operated by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC).
