The report analyzes why some households in Norway choose to become prosumers. What are their experiences? How do they use energy at home? How do they perceive prosumer regulations and the solutions offered by key actors? In addition, the report assesses how an increasing number of  prosumers are perceived and handled by key actors. The Norwegian study is analyzed in view of the developments in the UK and Germany to provide perspectives on how national policies, regulations and practices can be shaped to suit the Norwegian prosumer market.
